Your own cold outbound machine
The system finds your customers by itself. You say which type of company you want to talk to and it goes looking: it genuinely reads websites and profiles and puts the complete contact details in your list. What it is not sure about, it leaves blank rather than making something up.
Then you teach it to write the way you write. You feed it your own material: old emails, a book on sales, a video, a market report. From that it learns your tone, the way you persuade and what is going on in your market. The more you put in, the better the emails get.
It then sends the cold emails itself, neatly spread over the week, and reads the replies that come in. It decides for itself whether someone is interested, drops out, is on holiday or unsubscribes, and acts accordingly: whoever replies gets no more reminders, whoever is away is approached again later. Do you make calls yourself? The conversation is transcribed and a fitting reply is ready straight away, based on what was actually said. You review it and send it. The system learns from every reaction and every correction, so it gets better at your work by itself.
