What people ask us most often
About cost, lead time, your data and what AI can and cannot do. If your question is not here, we will look at it together in the free QuickScan.
What does a project with Operium cost?
The QuickScan is free. After that we work on an hourly basis. A project typically runs from a few thousand to a few tens of thousands of euros, depending on the number of processes, the integrations with your systems and how much custom work is needed. After the QuickScan you receive a concrete quote.
How quickly will something be up and running?
A first working solution is usually in place within four to eight weeks: QuickScan, workflow analysis, a pilot and then the implementation.
What happens to our data?
That is up to you. Many well-known AI services are American, such as OpenAI (ChatGPT) and Anthropic (Claude). If you choose those, an American party processes your data. We can also run everything in Europe: your data stored on servers in Europe, for example in Finland and France, and processed by AI models that also run there. That keeps it under European privacy rules. What we do with your data is set out in advance in a data processing agreement.
What can AI do, and what can it not?
AI can do much of what an office assistant does on a computer: read email and documents, copy data across, put everything in the right place, recognise and analyse information, and format reports. Not everything, but a lot. Where responsibility is involved, most companies want to stay in control themselves. That is not a problem: we build it so that a colleague reviews and approves before anything goes out the door.
Do we stay in control ourselves?
Yes. Nothing goes out without your approval, unless you want it otherwise. If the system is unsure, the question goes to a colleague with a summary, so the system can learn from it.
Will it work with our existing systems?
Yes. What already runs stays in place. We build the layer around it and connect your systems to each other: Salesforce, your ERP, your accounting software such as Exact, Microsoft 365 or industry software.
