A digital employee that runs both the administration and the calendar from a single chat window: quotes drawn up in conversation, incoming invoices read and filed under the right project.

For property managers, estate agents and contractors. We bring structure to the flows behind your work: enquiries, files, quotes and invoices. The routine work we let run by itself.
We build software and AI solutions for parties who manage, let, renovate or develop property every day. We work with specialists from property management, estate agency and construction, so we understand the processes from every angle: the stream of tenant enquiries, the files behind them and the quote and invoice flow of a building project. What already runs stays in place; we build the layer around it.
Email, WhatsApp and phone run through each other; nowhere can you see at a glance who is handling what.
Contact moments and agreements are not recorded, so the file no longer matches what happened.
Maintenance, project administration and invoicing are tracked by hand, often twice.
Appointments, confirmations and cancellations go back and forth by email and phone.
Most of the gain is in the back office: enquiries coming in, quotes that need to go out, invoices to be booked and files that must stay up to date. We bring structure to those flows and let a digital employee do the routine work. People decide where it counts.
Residents simply send a WhatsApp message, as they always did; the mailbox can be connected just as well. The bot asks step by step for what a report needs and writes a clear description and priority itself, so nobody has to retype a chat into the ticket system anymore. Frequently asked questions are answered straight away from your own knowledge base, without a ticket. If it is about an appointment, it recognises that and immediately proposes a slot for the calendar. Once the report is complete, it sits in your management system, linked to tenant, contract, complex and property. When the status changes there, the resident is notified automatically.

A digital employee that runs a construction firm's administration from a single chat window. You draw up quotes in conversation: client, work categories, amounts, PDF and cover email. Incoming invoices are recognised, read and filed automatically in the right project folder; doubtful cases are put to you as a short question, and it remembers your choice. It also schedules: if a client emails asking for an appointment, it recognises that, checks your calendar to see whether it fits and presents you with the reply and the calendar proposal in one go. Nothing goes out and nothing enters your calendar without your approval.
For a construction firm of one to five people, this saves roughly forty hours of administration a month, about three quarters of the time it normally takes. The more people, the bigger the difference.
Email and WhatsApp come together in one shared inbox, with one file per client. The AI writes draft replies in the style of your office and uses the documents of the property itself: brochure, title information, floor plan, homeowners' association documents. The draft cites its source, and if the answer is not in there, it says it will be looked up. It never fills in the gaps. If the message is about a viewing or appointment, the inbox recognises that, looks ahead in your calendar to see whether it fits and places the proposal next to the draft reply. One approval takes care of the email and the calendar at the same time.

Honestly, I was curious whether AI could really do this: read all those chat messages from tenants, understand them and put them neatly into our system. It can. What we used to retype by hand now happens on its own, and that saves us around thirty hours a month. And if I run into something, they are right there to help.

I did everything myself, in Excel, with no fixed process. Now my digital assistant books the invoices, prepares the quotes and schedules the appointments. That saves me dozens of hours a month. But the most important thing: because the process is now defined, I can finally hand the work over to my people.
